Why Kosher? Certified Kosher products mean they have passed the requirements of Jewish law. Having your products bear an authorised Kosher symbol or mark will open up new niche markets in other countries. A "hechsher" (or mark) will be obtained locally or from whatever source your buyer wishes. You can then display it on your packaging.
Our supervising experienced Orthodox Rabbi verifies that the manufacturing process and plant, all ingredients, packaging materials etc meet these requirements.
Is it difficult for the manufacturer? Not usually so and a considerable number of ingredients are inherently Kosher.

Never before has there been such a demand for Kosher products. Having your goods bear an authorised Kosher symbol or mark, will open up new niche markets overseas. It is estimated that nearly two thirds of the USA's $US 500 billion in food ingredients are certified Kosher (IMC market research study). Exhibitions like Kosherfest's two days in New Jersey has 13,000 visitors from 29 countries and 500 booths are erected. EuroKosher 2002 in Paris exhibited to seven thousand trade buyers and had 200 booths
